Could you use some fresh ideas on how to plan, plant and grow your own beautiful garden? Would you like to acquire gardener-grown plants at bargain prices? Then join us for our 2026 garden tour and plant sale!

Our Plant Sale will be held on a new date and new location.

Home-grown perennials from members' gardens will be on sale.

Saturday, June 13, 2026, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM at South Windsor Public Library,

1550 Sullivan Avenue South Windsor, CT - front lawn

Our plant sale is on Saturday, June 13th from 8:30am to 4:00pm or unless all plants are sold early. The sale will be held at the South Windsor Library on Sullivan Avenue. The beautiful perennials are plants dug from our members’ gardens. Most plants are priced $5, with shrubs and trees priced slightly higher. Tickets for raffle baskets will also be on sale as will tickets for the Garden Tour to be held on Sunday.

Garden Tour

"Pathways and Blooms" — Our South Windsor Garden Tour will be held on Sunday, June 14, 2026 from 9:30 AM to 4 PM (rain or shine). The event is presented by the Down to Earth Garden Club and Watershed History Collective. The tour will feature 6 unique gardens all around our beautiful town. Each garden features its own distinct design and character reflecting the interests and creativity of the garden owners.

Tickets for our 2026 Garden Tour will be available May 1, 2026 online, at our retail sales partners and this website. Tickets are $20 if purchased in advance or $25 on the day of the tour.

Tickets for purchased online in advance can be picked up on 6/13 at our plant sale- SW Public Library lawn or

6/14 at 90 Foster Street with your receipt.

Raffle

At our plant sale on Saturday at SW Library and Sunday at 90 Foster St. will be the sites of our Basket Raffle featuring themed baskets with items and gift cards donated from local area business. We will also have nursery donations which may include hanging baskets, planters, and plants.
